Se analizan varias solicitudes de apertura de incidentes de desacato frente al supuesto incumplimiento de la Sentencia T-648/13, por parte de la Unidad Nacional para la Gestión del Riesgo y Desastres -UNGRD-.

La Sala Tercera de Revisión evidencia que el presente caso no se enmarca en ninguna de las hipótesis que ha establecido la Corporación para que, de manera excepcional, asuma la facultad de hacer cumplir sus providencia.

Se NIEGA las peticiones formuladas y se advierte a los memorialistas que es el juez de primera instancia quien debe conocer del desacato y del cumplimiento de las órdenes impartidas en el precitado fallo.
